We currently ship to all serviceable locations across India.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier availability.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotional offers.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in India.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID/link via SMS or email to track your shipment in real time.

7. Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to deliver within the promised time, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- High order volumes
- Courier service issues
In such cases, we will keep you informed.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, the courier may attempt delivery again.
Repeated failed attempts may result in order cancellation.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

10. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Products must be unused and in original condition with packaging.
